Starting Sept 10th,
at approximately 11am, the login process will be updated. To access your account, please click on the Microsoft icon. If outside of the PWCS network you may be prompted to enter your full PWCS email address for the username. SUBS: See email for additional MFA instructions as needed.
Passwords expire every 6 months. Reset passwords at
Toolbox.pwcs.edu In toolbox, enter your username. Press "Go" and then "Forgot password". A verification code will be sent to your personal email and then you will be able to update your password. After the change you may have to clear you cache of remembered passwords on computer with "Control/Shift/Delete" or uninstall/reinstall the app.

Initial PIN are both your badge number with no leading zeros.
